Milk receiving station
Milk is fed by a self-priming pump into a vacuum tank for deaeration.
The second pump, creating a vacuum, pumps out the product – as a result, air is removed from the product.
The heat exchanger allows you to send milk to storage cold.
Level sensors located in the tank control the operation of the pumps.
The presence of pneumatic valves, controlled automatically, allows you to completely eliminate the operator’s error – the human factor.
The electromagnetic flow meter measures the flow rate in the pipeline and allows you to keep an actual record of the product intake with archiving of the previous results of the intake to the device controller + data transfer to the 1C of the enterprise.
The control cabinet consists of a Controller and an Operator Panel, which makes up the “Lakta-EASY” control system – an intuitive Man-Machine interface and the exclusion of manual work by the operator in all modes of operation of the equipment.
The control cabinet also contains electrical circuits and contactors.
